Welcome to my webpage for Print Culture & History of the Book. Over this semester we have had the opportunity to explore this vast history of the book. In class we studied things such as the evolution of paper, essential figures in book history like Johannes Gutenberg and Robert Darton, and the beginning of the transition to hypertext. The course was taught by Richard Cunningham (more information can be found below) and was a great experience. About the Professor
Richard Cunningham teaches many English courses at Acadia University. He is no longer the director of the Acadia Digital Culture Observatory and is a former national secretary for the Society for Digital Humanities.
